RECEPCIÓN PRESUNTA A FAVOR DE LA ENTIDAD CONTRATANTE GOBIERNOAUTONOMO DESCENTRALIZADO MUNICIPAL DEL CANTÓN SUCÚA RESPECTO DEL PROCESO: N° MCS-GADMSUC-003-2023.
